ABSA DRAGON PASS

I have been trying now for the past two weeks to register for a Dragon Pass, on the registration page, I received a message that my details does not match their records, I phoned the call center and was told to wait a couple of weeks and then try to re-apply. I then went to the Absa Private Bank website to register, again no luck. I then left a message for the local private banker at Absa, Vredenburg to contact me, again no luck. The conclusion I came to, is that Absa are not really interest to assist you, the private banking system sucks, they should abolish it and just go back to the old system where you can speak to any consultant and not you personal banker!!!
