Absa double deduct acc

Good day Absa has double deducted from my acc on the 31th of october their acc charges was as follows unath Dr bal fee R 100.88, mothly acc fee R105.92, admin charge R 28.25, transaction charge R 167.33 but on the 8th of november 2018 i get charged once again for a admin charge R 28.25 and transaction charge of R151. 01 could absa explain as to how can they double deduct the same fees twice in a month. I have been a loyal customer for a long time but this is unacceptable. I am 1 customer who is on the verge of closeing my acc at absa.
