ABSA DOUBLE DEBITING AND FALSELY TAKING OUT VEHICLE INSURANCE

I have had the most terrible experience with Absa Vehicle Finance Department and the Insurance department. For the month of December they have double debited my account for my vehicle. I asked to be debited on the 15 December and they debit me on the 12 December. Thereafter they debit me again on the 27 December and I noticed a larger amount was debited than my usual installment. When I called the bank the consultant advised that there was an Error made by the bank and most clients were double debited for their vehicles. When I enquired about the amount that was deducted I was advised that the vehicle installment and the insurance was debited. My vehicle insurance is with PMD and not absa. On the 26 October I received a phone call from Absa requesting proof of my vehicle insurance and they needed this in 14 days, of which I had sent the proof on the 27 October with a 24 hour turn around time. They had opened up a vehicle insurance on my name, without me signing for anything and put their hands into my bank account and debited R1200 for the insurance. When I called their insurance department the consultant advised they had "issues with their emails whereby they were not receiving any emails" so from October they had issues with their emails and decided they will just take out an insurance for me assuming I did not have one. In the first place when my finance was approved 2 years ago before I even drove my vehicle out the dealership they should of had my vehicle insurance documents on hand. They haven't reversed my vehicle installment and falsely opened vehicle insurance amount, they have the audacity to tell me the insurance money will be through within 5 working days as if it's my problem. They are owing me over R5000 and not one person has responded to my emails, no one has even called me, I have to keep running into the bank and making phone calls to them as if I was forward to debit their account! I was initially told the money will be paid to me on the 29 December and this morning I was advised it will definitely be paid today but the insurance amount of R1200 I will still have to wait. They are such a pathetic bank to deal with it's absolutely shocking.
