ABSA DOUBLE DEBITED MY LOAN ACCOUNT

ABSA double debited my account and after trying to call them numerous times I have even ran out of airtime. I have now also run out of cash because even though they have made this error they continued to debit my credit card fees also. So in short I have no cash and my ABSA loan account is in the positive but I cannot move that cash to myself. At least I am not in the red on any accounts due to this ... I still have not received any help!
