Absa double debit order

Same review as many people the last few days! They debited me twice foe vehicle finance! How can a big bank so ***********. They send me an sms early in December saying the debit order date will be changed. It got debited in the middle of December and then 30th December again! 2 x debit orders on the same vehicle finance in the same month! So now sitting in end of December on a Saturday, no way of calling them and having issues with other debit orders!
