ABSA Double charge transactions when clearing

Good day, I am having the issue on my cheque account that as soon as a transaction clears, it goes through as a brand new transaction on my bank and the original transaction still stays in uncleared. I even get a second notification. This means that with every transaction my balance decreases by the same amount twice. There are more than 10 of these currently on my account from beginning of June. This is unacceptable, as I went to the branch on Monday and they says they can't assist me. I need this to be sorted out immediately.
