***** Absa don't want to pay me back

Saterday two amounts wernt off my account I called inass it show Uncreared and inform them that someone debited from my account. I went in to the bank to get an nwe account and want a refund on the ***** that was done on my account. Absa state that I need to go to the police station and open a case. When I got there they did not want to assit me they wanted all my bank information before they can open a case. This happend to my daughter and she did not need to go to the police and absa refunded her. This is unacceptable and show me that absa is not trust worthy with my money. This happend when I was at home. Please urgently refund the two amounts that was ****** out of my account
