Absa don't pay claims. Looking for excuses not to pay

Absa home insurance is looking for loopholes to not pay claims. No feedback is provided and you as the client need to follow up with them. My references ***. I want the policy contract where it states what is a valid claim and what is not. This is utter nonsense!!!!! They also refuse to provide you reliable contractors do if a claim should arise they won't have to take ownership or accountability.. So much for africanacity!
