ABSA don't listen to their clients

I forwarded an email to ABSA to change the debit order date for my funeral cover after I requested it telephonically and it was not done. Now I got a sms stating that ABSA will cancel the policy because it lapsed. It seems to me that ABSA do things like this to make money.
