Absa don't like changing banking details

Absa vehicle finance. Don't bother trying to change your banking with absa. Seems they don't like the extra work. Then calm you conveniently to say you will be handed over for late payment please pay yourself. Never mind the fact that bank details was changed almost a month ago. It's just extra work for them. Never mind absa. I will rather pay my accounts manually if I am asking too much of you.
