Absa don't know there head from there tail

So i'm back again , Absa did sort out my credit card ( Praise ) but now I've had two different responses (1) Absa says I now owe them R305 before they can close the account and give me my paid up letter , but now on the 14/02/2019 I received a refund from said credit card , my logic is telling me that if I owed Absa money how would they be able to do a refund back to me ? I'm just as confused ? Also when I closed my other two Absa products refunds where done and the products closed and I got my paid up letters , so now I received a refund and still owe Absa money . According to me the said credit card have been paid up . Please sort this out as i'm getting fed up with the service
