Absa dont keep to arrangements and take money they were not authorized to take

Worst ever i fell behind on my one loan and contacted the bank to make payment arrangements the same month arranged 3 payments. So same day 1st payment went off, the next month they took over double installments and I had to call in and and was refunded. The next month they took 4x the payment again i had to call for a refund which was given around the same time i received a call stating that my other loan was also in arrears but i have never missed a payment on the account.As absa still needed to refund me again i told them once I received the refund i would pay that i also had now paid the outstanding in 2 months and not the arranged 3 + I received a call on Tuesday thanking me and confirming all my loans were upto date. Last night absa again debited my account for more money. I have spent 3 hours trying to speak to s manager getting told its not possible I must wait 5 days for a refund this is 3 months in a row absa takes money without my permission and I have spent R900+ on airtime to gmtry get it sorted out totally unacceptable.
