ABSA don't ever respond.

I have a personal loan with ABSA over 72 months, and recently missed a few payments due to unforseen circumstances. Now I get messages from attorneys stating I have to pay the loan amount in full. I have tried to contact ABSA numerous times through an email asking for assistance ect. But they do not ever respond and if I phone them I am in a waiting line for more than 1 hour. If i eventually get through they don't even respond, they just hang up without talking. I cannot answer phone calls from them due to my working hours and i sent a mail to them stating that. But i do not get any response from them. They are quick to call attorneys to hand me over but they cannot even answer one email from me. That is not how it works. Poor client services is all I ever get from them.
