Absa dont care service

I phoned Sassa regading my SRD R350 payments, 2 month Sep 2021 and Oct 2021 did show aproved by Sassa and they said they arw done with it, and its all in my banks hand now, just want to ask, ABSA do they sleep well at night, do they have elect and water, i dont have because i am waiting for them to finalize my approved payments feom Sassa, shame on you all, cant belive i still use you as a bank.
