Absa don't care about you and will lock you out of your own money

Absa locked me out of my own money because of some arbitrary FICA rule they pull out of nowhere. I struggled to make important payments and nowhere did they tell me that my account is locked! What a complete and utter joke that your bank can just lock you out just like that. Time to look for a new bank who actually cares about their clients.
