ABSA don't care about client safety

My wife tried to use the ABSA ATM at Ballito Junction this weekend, #BlackFriday, and was rushed by 2 suspicious black males who grabbed her card and forced it into the card slot. My wife quickly pressed the Cancel button after which the card was swallowed by the ATM and the suspects fled. Another lady was seen close by in tears as it seems she was a victim of a similar incident and the suspects had successfully withdrawn funds from her account!

My wife contacted ABSA Ballito this morning and spoke to manager who didn't seem to pay much attention to her during the call and also confirmed that ABSA Ballito does not utilise any security services at their ATM.
