Absa Don't Care!

Very disappointed in Absa and their complaints team. I raised a complaint which clearly wasn't investigated properly and very quickly closed. I have called the number on the sms numerous times but it doesn't work. I have also called the complaints line 3 times to get this resolved and each time I am told someone will look into it and call me back. Still nothing. The "customer service" agent who initially took my call had the audacity to tell me that I "should have made a plan". I have honestly lost so much faith in the bank I have been with for years. They don't care about their customers.
