ABSA don’t answer phonecalls

I wonder if ABSA still exists? I have phoned numerous times to the persons allocated to handle my case and NOTHING! If I owe ABSA R5 they will phone me 10 times a day. But if ABSA owes me R95 000 they don’t answer their phones. Vanessa Cameron and Giselle McIntosh are suppose to answer their phones. But nothing. Even if you don’t have an answer for me just say so!!!!
