Absa doing more ***** credit card business

I get a “warning” today from Absa credit cards.

1- they’re warning me for missing a payment that shouldn’t have gone off 2- I am using 15k of a 80k facility 1 but they are looking to charge me 1400 for it 1 which is more likely for the full 80k on my interest rate 3- there’s more than enough money on my accounts for this , even if it was legit. But absa are still happy to send threats
