ABSA DOESN'T WANT TO REALIZE MY GRANNY'S MONEY

Since i reported the matter here on Hello Peter on the 22 April 2024, regards my late granny's money. since my late granny past away in August 2021, Absa doesn't want to release my granny's money. its been more than 3years now and we are still waiting for Absa. Since from June 2024, we were told that they are registering the house to the deeds. Absa can you please realize my granny's money
