Absa doesnt want to cancel my credit life policy on my loan

Hi i have tried to cancel my credit life policy with absa as my loan is R165 balance but everymonth they are charging me close to R300. And the loan amount is increasing. This is going on for more then 5 months and has to stop. Please assist me
