ABSA DOESNT WANT TO APPOINT A LAWYER TO MY GRANS ESTATE BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOST HER WILL BUT WE HAVE A COPY OF IT

I have with me my grandmothers will. Summary of her will from Absa but today they claim that they do not have it on their system or something along those lines. my grandmothers will was done with her bank ABSA bank now they want to play dodge and not help with her estate because her will was not captured or some other lie that they are trying to spin off not appointing us an attorney.

we have a copy of this will with the banks letterhead and everything, now i want to take further steps because not only is the loss of our grandmother very trying Absa bank is trying to try me and i will report this to the ombudsman
