absa doesnt know whats going on around them .

Good day all , im ****ed with Absa lets say there is me A and my cousin B , so mr. B was behind 1 month on a loan so obviosly had to pay double the next month , so mr. B goes and pay the loan R2900 , and same night Absa took the same amount from my account R2900 , all good il go and get my refund (reverse) not so !!! after a long explenation to absa they dont understand that they took money from Mr. A account so they want to refund Mr. B , hello stupids you took money from my account how can you pay it into my cousins account o yeah and btw i never gave absa the allowance to debt my cousins loan from my account !!! they payd the money into his account and he had other debt orders that took my money , im sorry but i should leave absa im a good payer to everything i have with absa but because of bad agents and dont know what they doing im leaving absa , refund my rent and petrol money for the month thank you , ********** 755
