Absa doesn't hounor promises
When My late mother opened a bank account at absa was promised a sum of R20000 should she and the premium was to be deducted automatically since she was a client die Fast forward 2021 when she is no more a letter of authority was require for her account to be closed. Apparently the the bank claimed not to got all the premium but there was no notice to the client.
