ABSA doesnt get back to a person

As per my previous complaints about ABSA regarding listing me on the credit bureu for a credit card that was paid off years. A lady by the name of Rezona Louw who made contact with me, saying ABSA hasnt listed me. I have phoned her twice and ive sent her proof a few times without any reply from her side.

Absolutely shocking service from ABSA

What more can i do to get answers????
