Absa doesn't deserve to be alive

If you want government type service levels. Go to Absa. Lack of staff, offline systems, 5 day turnaround times on queries, noisy staff, eating on duty, branches closing early, websites not updated. It's just ridiculous, unprofessional and messy. My home-loan and business accounts are moving to FNB. I've warned you enough.
