ABSA DOESNT CARE
Went to the bank to try and do the most simple thing - upgrade my business account. Was told they can't do it and I need to contact my banker. Been trying to contact my banker with no response - I have no solution and am ready to leave this bank. It is not worth the headaches.

07 Dec 2021, 12:39Trust me Ive been promised feedback with no success so I won't hold my breath. I am skeptical that this "banker" even exists. I haven't managed to get to speak to a real human being except when I physically went to a branch and they couldnt help me with an account upgrade.
