Absa doesn't refund but call for collections.

I called last week Tuesday and explained my issue to Desire she said she will investigate my case<br> And call me back its almost a week she never called back. Yet Absa called me to do collections.<br> I paid Unisa on my credit card in June. I took the payment over six months. Yet Absa took a once of <br> Payment on the 20/07/2015 of R1 453.70 and they are still taking the budget installment of R175.65<br> Every month. I`m so upset coz when I call the call centre, they say they will check and get back to me<br> And they never do. I want Absa to pay me back the once off payment they took and keep the budget<br> Installment or revers all the budget payments they took and keep the once off payment. Its not fair<br> That I have to pay back R2000.00 if I only borrowed R1000.00 plus interest..<br>
