ABSA doesn't know what's going on.

Called in for a revolving loan.<br> Was awarded the Loan. Told I must email a payslip ONLY and go into the bank to get the money. <br> No one tells me it will take 2 days from submission of salary slip till the loan is awarded.<br> So I decide I'll go in and kill 2 birds with one stone. Submit salary slip and collect money.<br> <br> When I arrive there they tell me it will be quicker to do it straight through the bank. Call head office hand me the phone to cancel the request. I do and they start the process again. <br> But it's still going to take 2 days and now I need to submit all my FICA documents which I didn't bring because I was told I didn't need to. Now I must wait until I can get another day off during the week. Which could be months. When I needed the money on the 25th.<br> <br> More worrying is they tell me they don't have my FICA documents even though I brought them in last time I was there. So some strange Absa employee is running around with my information doing god alone knows what.
