ABSA does what they want ro with my funds without my consent

I opened a dynamic fixed account with ABSA and invested funds for 3 months and when the 3 months were completed,I tried transferring my capital back to my cheque account and it was not allowing me to transfer these funds stating there was a problem.i should try later.Yesterday I tried again and to my surprise the capital was invested for another 3 months and I did not authorise this or ask for the funds to be reinvested.ABSA is going against regulations and have no right to reinvest my funds without my consent or permission.I want the funds immediately reversed before I take legal action which costs ABSA will pay and I will report ABSA to the necessary body and the ombudsman.
