ABSA DOES NOT WANT TO VERIFY MY R350 GRANT PAYMENTS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PAID TO MY ACCOUNT!!!

At around January this year, I decided that I should open my Absa account so that I can get my R350 SASSA relief fund instead of fetching it at the post office, ever since I've done that, I can't even get my money to be reflected to my account and it's been a month now.

On the 7th of February, I called SASSA regarding this matter and they said that they were waiting for the bank to verify the money paid, but ever since, I haven't got it at all,why do I have to wait for do long for Absa to verify my R350 grant payment?! Please help me with this problem, I beg of you!!!
