ABSA does not want to take my account off hold. Funds urgently needed.

I have been a victim of banking *****. +/- 2 to 3 years ago my ABSA account was hacked. ABSA very quickly reversed the debits on my account as it was seen as a possible inside job. I had then froze my accounts until such time that I was able to open up new accounts. I have a money builder account that no once can seem to open (take off hold) to allow me to withdraw MY NEEDED funds.

1. I requested the account to be blocked until I could sort out my admin. 2. EVERY time I go into the branch I have been sent home with NO results. 3. Apparently the person that assisted to put the account on Hold needs to undo this setup. 4. WHO is this person? Are they still working at ABSA? Not 1 living soul at ABSA can advise me on this. 5. All details of the account and myself as the account holder has been provided, yet I cannot get access to MY funds that belongs to ME.

When can someone in ABSA come to the party here and take my account, that I have been trying to access and then close for almost 3 years now, OFF Hold?

What more does a person need to do? Pathetic system from the bank that only 1 person (who may have left the bank already) can only assist.

Further Social media where it is advisable not to bank at ABSA as your funds are not your own and when in need you may not have aces to?

Or is there a bigger question here - wait until my account is so old and dormant that ABSA dissolves my money into their own system for themselves????
