absa does not want to stop debit order

Good day. I went to Montana branch and asked to stop ADT debit order. Was informed I can't. I explained they are taking unauthorized amount and still.they said they can't stop debit order. So this means ADT can take money from my account for the rest of my life and I am unable to stop them???????
