ABSA DOES NOT WANT TO PAY ME MY MONEY THAT THEY LOST

i am very dissapointed with the way absa handled my dispute saying that my case is closed and that they are not going to give my money back. all the evidence proves that i knew nothing about the R41000-00 that was taken from my account. this money was taken in DBN and JHB and i stay in CPT. My sim was ported from CellC to MTN on Friday the first and the ***** occurred the Saturday morning so how could i have recieved an OTP to approve the transaction. even my address has been changed to a JHB residence while i stay in Kraaifontein. when i reported this on 02/02.2019 ABSA could have stopped the payment because the payment went through on 05/02/2019, three days later. i am not leaving this laying down. if i do not get a good response i will contact every newspaper and Checkpoint to expose them for what they are and this will continue every week. Is a bank not supposed to keep your money safe
