Absa does not want to help me, what now?

So please explain to me how this works, I am self employed, and because of something out of my control I am not getting a salary. So I phone for payment holiday on my overdraft and get told it is fixed, what ever that means and I can't get a payment holiday. Now I have a policy with, which is also apparently useless, because suddenly it does not cover self employment, but ABSA will not tell me that the day I took it out.

So all in all, becasue I can't make payments, because of something out of my control, I need to suffer, and probably be blacklisted. Where do you think I must get money from? Please tell me how this works.........!!!
