ABSA does not want new business

I tried contacting ABSA via their advertised email address [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]<br> This was done over 48 hours ago, but no response to date. I did however get a response thanking me for me email, but nothing more.<br> <br> My queries are for a new ETF RA and TFSA, which is new business for ABSA, but it seems these email addresses are not attended to and new business is not a priority for ABSA.<br> <br> What a shame!
