Absa does not want my business

i have been trying to sort this out for two weeks now and do not get any assistance from ABSA, clearly you guys do want want my business<br> <br> i have submitted my documents for a loan 4 times and when i do i get confirmation that i have sent it. <br> <br> i have been getting sms's and phone calls from you guys asking for something i have sent to you already. you sms me a contact number to call you back on and it does not even work .<br> <br> i think you guys want me to go to another bank ?
