Absa does not value my complain cause am black

I’ve logged a complain on the 12 October regarding changes that was done on my son account and it was not authorized by me.

See absa feedback:

After this respond I’ve sent many follow-up emails because there was many developments on the account in question and i did not receive any feedback .

I need help to publish my complain on city press maybe absa will take my complain seriously.

They can’t give me timeframe and not adhere to it, what kind of business that does such
