ABSA does not stick to arrangements

If i could give a rating less than 1 star I would.

What is the point of making a settlement arrangement just to "settle" and then be told that it was all for nothing.

I got a settlement amount from Absa to in good faith settle an account. I was given an amount as settlement and was told the money needs to reflect by Month End September. So I made sure that all monies was paid as arranged.

Upon querying this as I now need the paid up letter I was told that the account still has an outstanding amount. I asked for the recorded call linked to my account to prove that what I am saying is indeed what was agreed upon.. and I got no response!!

Just another BS story by ABSA.. definitely not there to actually help people
