ABSA does not seem to know what is happening in there own company

i bought a car through ABSA finance, dealt with Bongani Msongo. there was a issue with the dealership, so the vehicle was returned on the 23/09/2021 and the deal was cancelled, all this Bongani was aware of has he was dealing with it from ABSA side. I spoke to Bongani he said he will put it down that the deal was cancelled and he will assist with new finance on another vehicle, I receive a call from ABSA saying that i am in arrears and they cant finance the vehicle im trying for, i asked who am iIin the Arrears with, the person told me i owe Avis money, this was new to me as i have not dealt with Avis at all, I then requested the arrears amount, it turned out to be the exact amount for the installment on the vehicle I returned.

I eventually figured out that she did not mean Avis but rather AVSF, which is the absa finance. so ABSA themselves are blocking me because they put me down as missed and installment yet they know the deal was cancelled cause they cancelled it, now i am going to lose the car as the dealer refuses to hold the vehicle.

Bongani has been ok and helpful but way to slow, its very hard to get hold of him to help resolve the issue in a swift manner reason being his always busy or in a meeting, he does not answer his calls and majority of my messages, when he does call me, he says his so so busy, this tells me there staff are over worked.

I tried to resolve this issue today as the dealer said tomorrow they putting the vehicle back as available. but i could not get hold of Bongani and the lady that called me does not seem to know that AVSF is not Avis and that its them that is AVSF. All she kept saying is that this company Avis put down that i am in the arears, from what i picked up she knows the whole story so how does she not realise that the issue is on there side. i requested that they please send me the arrears report so i can follow up and deal with it, I still have not received it. To make it worse I am an ABSA bank Premier bank client, this suppose to come with better service.
