ABSA DOES NOT RESPECT CLIENT WISHES TO TERMINATE DEBIT ORDER

In order to stop a 3rd party from drawing from my account ABSA made me fill in a form with the request.

They just ignored the request and paid the 3rd party anyway. I am now forced to close all my ABSA accounts and all dealing with ABSA which will cause me considerable effort.
