ABSA does not honour LOTTO draws
I took a LOTTO ticket for 3 draws and Absa listed the last draw as Christmas 25 December 2024. But there was no LOTTO draw on 25 December 2024. Ithuba said that 25 December 2024 tickets should be processed in the next draw 28 December 2024 but ABSA has not done that.
My ticket has won in the draw ABSA but it has just been ignored. I emailed Banking App support with the problem but they emailed me back they cannot contact me in the same email? Not acceptable not paying people out that play on your platform and then ignoring them when they contact you with all the details.
