Absa does not care at all about its client

My name is Pertunia Smangele Mlotshwa. I sent email to Absa on the 2 June 2020 after trying to get assistance over the phone from their DR Department. I was requesting payment holiday as my husband has been impacted by the Cocid 19 and it has become difficult as now we ar surviving with one salary. We are unde DR and since last year we habe been paying our creditors directly. I sent the 17.W to show that no DR is representing me. I have been sent from pillar to post them wanting a 17.3 which I dont have and unable to give them. They then requested a withdrawal letter from Debt busters which Debt busters says they dont habe a withdrawal letter but just 17.W which is what i must provide Absa with. Its going to be end of the month and I tried to apply for this payment holiday beginning of the month and I'll be expected to honor my payment yet I tried several times to make the bank aware of my current financial challenges and they dont seem to care at all. This is my last resort. My contact number is *** hopefully i will get assistance.
