Absa does not care about your needs only what suits them

I have been trying to contact absa the last few months about an account im in arrears with , I want to pay my arrears as I can afford to do so at the moment , but how the hell do you actually contact Absa or the debt collector that has your account ? I have been trying to get through endless call centers just to reach a dead ext line .. this is effecting my credit score & I've still been getting sms from a random debt collector that want to take me to court but they never answer their phones??? Or emails ?
