Absa does not care about their loyal customers

I am absolutely disappointed with absa bank. I app**** for a credit card and was told it was approved it will be delivered. Only to find out it was declined.

I called and asked why was my credit card declined as I have big sums of money invested with absa and my credit score is good. The consultant tells me they cont tell as it will cause a loss to the bank. What explaination is this ?

I will now move all my investments, cancel all my covers and move to bank that honors their customers..

How can no reason be given.
