ABSA does not care about protecting your money

ABSA does not care about protecting your money. This is my second formal complaint and nothing has been done, the problems is escalating out of control and ABSA is mum and conducting their business as usual. As a so called premium banker I am getting a raw deal from this red bank. Since the beginning of 2017 I have reversed over 15 Naedo unauthorized debit orders company companies that i know nothing about and based on their names **********. I still need to reverse more debit orders from October, every month i go through this process with a lot of pain. I have reported this issue to the ABSA Manager in Pinelands with no help, the call center can't help either and money keeps pouring out of my account. before you give my money out why not check with me? This is a straight forward issue, I am moving my entire portfolio to a Bank that cares about my hard earned money. This is enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shame on you ABSA for lacking system and professionalism to address this issue with me directly.
