Absa does not care about its clients

I wonder if Absa, when instructing attorneys on a simple bond cancellation (no linked transactions) take into account the location of the property. the property in question is located near Northcliff - but Absa elected to instruct attorneys in Bassonia to attend to the cancellation. Their correspondents are in Midrand. Either way, Absa is obliging me to collect the title deeds from the other side of the city. No thought or concern regarding their customers - and the reason why I changed all my bank accounts to another banking institution years ago.
