Absa does not care

Absa's National Deceased Estates department ignores emails requesting statements of accounts. I have asked 3 separate individuals and also sent numerous emails to NDE and the escalations email address. I am not sure what else to do to get statements of all my late mother's accounts from December 2019 to date of closure. This is so frustrating. I am out of the country for work and cannot go to a branch. In the age of digital solutions, this should not be so hard.
