ABSA does it again. Insufficient.

This is my final complaint with respect to my original complaint to ABSA in May this year, and after finding out yesterday, ABSA's system (I believe it's applicable to Credit Card accounts only) will penalise customers for attempting to transfer money from a credit card account to a savings account; I attempted (apparently) 4 x interaccount transfers from my credit card account to my savings account, to which it was, 'unsuccessful' due to a technical error, yet after midnight (The Bank's claim to fame) my credit card statement shows 4 x insufficient funds fees of R10 each. I fail to understand what ABSA believes goes through my head if I were to: 1) Attempt to transfer/transact money in my credit card account that I do not have in reality, and secondly, attempt such four times in a row? I've been told, 'I operate my account in such a way' to 'This is standard banking practice'- I have one conclusion to make. ABSA deliberately will obfuscate what's real vs what is not to the consumer. In my personal experience, after reading multiple reviews of the same issue, the gap between an displayed available balance to a consumer vs what the real balance is in reality, batch processing taking place at a later time, account then entering into "Overline" status, having to wait another' business day (excluding public holidays of course) .. I fail to understand how ABSA Bank acts in the best interest of their clients who have credit card accounts; this is simply how I feel. Yesterday, I received an email (which I eluded to briefly above) - where a consultant from ABSA card, and I quote: 'We confirm that several transfer attempts on your account were declined, which resulted in insufficient funds fees being charged' - "Several Transfer Attempts" - I will end off, and - yet again - ask the bank if I can please be provided with one logical reason which can explain why I'd attempt to transact with money I don't have in reality. I've simply lost faith in ABSA's ability to resolve any issues I raise. Every day I can be guaranteed to wake up to a new balance on my credit card account.
