Absa does it again

I had a R1000 debited from my account under journal entry. No idea why. Tried calling Absa but you need couple hundreds in airtime to get to someone. I then saw you can contact them via watsapp. I messaged them only to get an automated reply that my number is not recognized. Strange as my banking app is on that number. Been with Absa 14 years and very disappointed.
